SyncdRetail stores the account details you give us and the operational records your team enters: orders, stock moves, vendor profiles, and shipment events.

We use that data to run the product, send service mail, and improve reliability. We do not sell it. Access is limited to people who need it to support your workspace.

You can ask for an export or deletion of personal account data by writing to sales@syncdretail.com. Some operational logs stay as long as finance or courier disputes require them.
