When the warehouse and the storefront disagree
A carton can be on a shelf and still be unsellable online. The opposite is worse: the site takes money for a unit that left on Tuesday.
Most teams try to fix this with a morning count. That helps until the first marketplace order of the day lands in a different system than the pick list.
The useful change is smaller than a new warehouse. Make the sale and the pick share one count, then let the storefront read that number. Everything else is a meeting.
