COD shortfalls are a trail problem

Cash on delivery still moves a large share of orders across Pakistan and the Gulf. The pain is not the cash. It is the gap between what the buyer paid and what the courier sent back.

Spreadsheets can hold both numbers. They cannot tell you which airway bill belongs to which SKU after a week of returns.

Keep the payout event on the order. Then a short deposit has a document, not a hunch.
